Diet and exercise need to be balanced in order to achieve successful weight loss. You can exercise as much as you'd like but if you are not eating healthy, you will not receive the full benefit of weight loss, and vice versa. We can educate you on ways to incorporate healthy eating and exercise into your lifestyle and create an individualized plan to achieve your goals. Detoxing for Health
Detoxing will clear out toxins from your body and give your digestive system a break to heal and restore naturally, before introducing new eating habits and food. Your mentality and how you view food will drastically alter how effective weight loss and detox will work. Our goal is to set you up for success and shift the way you relate to food. We help coach and educate clients about their nutritional well-being. We have a broad scope of knowledge to help you succeed nutritionally in your life. We will work with you to provide a menu plan based on your likes and dislikes as well as what your needs are. Once you choose us as your nutrition coach, we will get to work creating your dietary profile, including your weekly, dietician approved, menu! Certified Dietary Manager Consultation
We help coach and educate your staff, including your current dietary manager, to be their best selves. We give 1:1 advice as well as helping your kitchen staff be the best. How our program works is on day 1, we observe the dietary department looking at any potential hazards from a state surveyor perspective, checking in on log books ect. Day 2 we will go over our findings, what our recommendations are and if the facility team is willing to move forward with recommendations, we will begin implementing them on day 3 with staff training.
If you have a dietary manager that isn't certified, they possibly should not be doing MDS Section K's such as in the State of Wisconsin DHS 132.61. We can also help with this by doing quarterly assessments as well as filling out the MDS Section K as well as keeping in contact with the dietician and the dietary manager.
The total cost is based on your needs, with a starting base of $50 per hour.
